Ms. Fiona Khandoker has been implementing higher and further education programs in more than five countries in Asia and Africa for three years. Previously, she led an innovative social enterprise pilot project in Bangladesh, where she supported graduates from vocational schools and polytechnic institutes to find jobs in the apparel sector.
She currently serves as Programme Manager for The Association of Commonwealth Universities, where she is responsible for monitoring interconnected work streams, formulating strategies and defining objectives for the Partnership for Enhanced and Blended Learning (PEBL) project, which is one of the 9 SPHEIR initiatives funded by the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). In this role, she manages relationships with project partners and participants in Canada, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, United Kingdom and Tanzania to facilitate the development, delivery and sharing of blended learning courses.
